Sonshine Music Festival 2008

How do I get on the list?
We need to have $90, your waiver and health
form on file to reserve your spot on the trip!  
The sooner you do this the faster you will be
signed up!

Where do we stay?  
We stay in tents for the weekend!  There is a
camp/RV city at the festival!

How many people can go?
We will take as many people that want to go!  
We just need to know how many ahead of
time to make sure we have transportation for
everyone!  The end of May is the deadline for
this trip!

How many chaperones will be going?
We will have a ratio of 6 students to 1
chaperone!  Most of the time students will be
around a chaperone while they are at camp!

What is included with the price?
Travel and the festival!  This year we will not
be preparing meals for the group.  The past
years we have left the festival with a lot of
food wasted.  So this year, the students can
decide what they want to eat.  They can
bring their own cooler with food or bring
extra money to buy food at the festival
vendors.

What do we do there?
Well it really is up to you!  When we get there
you will receive a wristband that will get you
into all of the concerts, then you are kind of
on your own.  You can go to a concert at 1 of
6 different stages, you can check out the
Civic Center, which has merchandise and
other goodies, or you can chill back at the
campsite!  It’s just a relaxing way to spend a
weekend with friends and great music!

Can I bring a friend from another church?
Absolutely!  Friends are always welcome to
attend any Bethel Youth activity!

What are the most important dates I need to
know?
Well the dates of the trip are July 16th-20th.  
We will leave early morning on the 16th and
return mid afternoon on the 20th.  We need
your full payment, waiver and health form on
file by the end of May!

Will there be more information?
Yes, once you put your name on the list and
turn in your deposit, we will send out
information regarding what to bring,
deadlines, emergency contact information,
health forms and contracts!
