| The Condo Lofts are a great way for groups to come together during the night and hang out after a long day in the water parks! We will be looking for some snacks as well as some breakfast food for the morning! Stay tuned to this site for more information! |
| Frequently Asked Questions MS Spring Break Trip 2008 Where do we stay? We will be staying at the Great Wolf Lodge and Water Park this year! It is one of the biggest indoor water parks in America! We have reserved some Great Frontier Loft Condos to stay in and they are awesome! Look Below! How many people stay in each suite? Each suite can sleep up to 11 students! How many suites do we have? As of right now we have 4 condos! So 44 students can come on the trip! Space will fill quickly so be sure to turn in your registration materials soon! We are planning on taking 22 girls and 22 guys for this trip! Is there a chaperon in each suite? Yes! We will have 2 in each condo. Parents/Adults we need your help on this one! We need adult drivers to help chaperone this trip! Please contact Darcy or Michael if you are willing to help! What is included with the price? Everything! Well almost everything! Transportation, lodging, Water Park, one meal and a small breakfast are all included in the price. What is not included in the price are any snacks bought at the resort, one meal at the resort, and one meal on the way home! Our check out time is in the morning before we could provide lunch for students, which is why one meal will be at the resort. Do we get to go to the water park both days? YES! We will eat supper at a pizza place in the Dells (meal included in cost) before we head to the Great Wolf Lodge. When we get there it will take some time to get checked in, but after we are settled at our rooms, students have the opportunity to go to the water park! The next day we will wake up and have a small breakfast and return for more fun at the water park! Can I bring a friend from another church? Absolutely! Friends are always welcome to attend any Bethel Youth activity! But remember their space is not reserved until I have their trip payment of $50, health form on file, and release form in my hands! What time is check out? Check out is usually around 10am; you will need to have a change of clothes available before we leave the resort. So packing a smaller bag that you can have in the water park is a good idea. We will not have the condo once we head to the water park on the second day. What time do we leave? We will leave the church parking lot around 1pm on Wednesday! We will return the following day around 8pm. A phone will be available for students to call once we are at the church if our arrival time is earlier than expected!
